PRICES
Prices listed are subject to change without notice. The normal rental day is a 24-hour period.
RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS
1) To secure reservation and assure availability, we must receive deposit (90) days prior to event.
2) Full payment is due before delivery or at the time of pick-up.
3) Payment must be in the form of CASH, CREDIT CARD OR CASHIERS CHECK.
DEPOSITS
A deposit is required to reserve an order and is held until all items are returned and accounted for.
***This does not apply to your total of the rental.
*Allow (10) days for return of deposit.
*Cancellations made within (14) business days of pick-up or delivery will forfeit deposit.
DELIVERY AND PICK-UP (NON-SETUP)
Deliveries will be made to ground level only. When our crew arrives to pick up equipment, it must be on ground level and ready to go. Tables and chairs are to be knocked down and dishes/linens dry and free of food. Dishes, glassware and flatware are to be placed with correct amount marked on containers.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES DUE TO:
- Delays
- Site Area Not Accessible
- For Pick Up of Tent/Canopy, area not cleared of all items not belonging to Bedrock.
- For Site Check or Delivery, customer late or absent when prior arrangements have been made.
- Delivery/Pick Up Location changes without prior notification approved by Bedrock.
- Location is not conducive for tailgate delivery.
- For Delivery, all items will be dropped off in one place.
- For Pick Up, all items must be in same location as dropped off.
